How are negotiations handled?
All negotiations between the buyer and seller are handled at arms length through Capital Advisors. We facilitate the negotiations process in this manner to help both parties achieve their goal. The seller to sell and the buyer to buy. Any negotiation can be stressful and we want more than anything for the buyer and seller to have have a good working relationship after the transaction closes. This helps to ensure a smooth transition period.
