The principal of Capital Advisors is a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker. This allows buyers and sellers of businesses to rely on just one firm when completing a transaction, as we are able to facilitate the transfer of real estate within the scope of the overall business transaction. In addition, Capital Advisors can assist businesses in fulfilling their real estate needs. Including, acquiring or divesting of land, office space, warehouse space, and retail space. Finally, we assist our clients in obtaining, renewing, and transferring property leases.
About the Management of Capital Advisors:
The President of Capital Advisors, Steve Hardy, is is a native of New Mexico. He started Capital Advisors after a decade in Financial Services marketing management and two years in commercial real estate brokerage and development. In addition to his financial services, brokerage, and marketing experience, Steve was the top graduate of his MBA class. He continues to keep abreast of changes in the business world by acting as a Professor of Investments and Finance at the College of Santa Fe, School of Business.
Steve’s logical, analytical approach to working with business owners and his intimate knowledge of New Mexico make him a great choice when choosing a business intermediary.
Steve enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana, an attorney, his son Alec, and enjoying all that New Mexico has to offer including world class skiing, hiking, dining, and cultural activities.
